Meet the Team
Jeanette Tomassello - President, Minds of Tomorrow Foundation
At Minds of Tomorrow Foundation, we are on a mission to transform the way children engage with technology.
As an immigrant child raised in Miami, I faced numerous challenges and disparities. I remember the mentors and pivotal moments that helped me understand the power of learning and shaped the path I am on today. Now, as a parent, I bring firsthand experience navigating both public and private education systems. From a world before accessible technology to raising a child in the digital age, I am driven to shift children's mindsets from passive consumers to active creators of innovation.
At Minds of Tomorrow Foundation, we provide children with skills in coding, robotics, engineering, and entrepreneurship—empowering them to build the technologies they interact with daily. However, it goes beyond technical skills. We aim to nurture confidence, problem-solving abilities, and critical thinking, all of which STEM education fosters. Our goal is to ignite curiosity, foster a love for learning, and help children grow in confidence while believing in their potential.
At Minds of Tomorrow Foundation, we are building a generation of young innovators who are not only prepared for the future but are ready to shape it.
Kamilah Chajin - Vice President, Minds of Tomorrow Foundation
As a native Colombian South Floridian, I have spent my career advocating for education across all grades. I spent 12 years in the classroom as a high school teacher, guiding students through environmental science, calculus, physics, and engineering.
During my time as a teacher, I saw firsthand how challenging it was for schools to keep up with the latest technology. Many schools and teachers struggled to offer STEAM programs due to outdated equipment and limited resources. I saw students fall behind—not because of a lack of potential, but because the tools they needed weren’t available. Watching students, teachers, and administrators work hard to bridge these gaps inspired me to take action.
I’m passionate about ensuring that every child, no matter their background, has access to technology and the incredible opportunities it unlocks. These skills aren’t just for future engineers or scientists—they’re essential for success in any path a child chooses. Technology can build creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving, and all kids deserve to develop these abilities. As educators, it’s our responsibility to celebrate every child’s uniqueness and strengths while helping them grow in areas they find challenging. No two children are the same, and that’s something I cherish—it’s what makes working with children so meaningful.
At Minds of Tomorrow Foundation, our mission is to bridge the technology gap for kids. I want every child to feel empowered, inspired, and ready to take on the future with confidence. Together, we can create a world where all kids have the tools they need to thrive.
